to have received any type of response from you, Mr. Shields... I suppose I chose my words poorly. "All the time" certainly exaggerates the degree to which you guy's cover Donna Summer, but having admittedly played it 5 times over 3 years, I think you could agree that it is a song you guys have an affinity for playing; the same way say Phish was particular to a few rare covers (e.g.- "Walk Away", "Roses are Free", etc)...

At the end of the day, I only have laudatory things to say about you guys. To me, you are hands down the best group currently bringing live entertainment, and the most shining example of how much a power trio can kick ass. Also, my work day would blow if I could not access the collection you have available on the archive.

Hope to see more stops in the Midwestern US as you continue to tour together. Thanks for your commitment to your fans and to live music. Best,

Subject: The frequency of "I Feel Love"
Quote: "The "I Feel Love" in Track 2 of the late show is cool too. I know they play it all the time, but again, somehow a little softer and a little funkier in this show."

This is Jamie Shields from the New Deal. Just here to let you know that we've probably played I Feel Love a total of five times in the past three years. that's a song that never gets played. i would suggest to anyone that has that song in their setlists over the past number of years to perhaps recheck their work... the performance of this song is a rarity.

Subject: Amazing!
They just keep getting better and better. I wasn't at this show but after listening to it I wish I was! This seasoned New Deal fan highly recommends this download. Two great sounding/feeling shows for the price of one!

Subject: Hollywood?
I was at the show in Hollywood the night before, 10.30, I was up front and hammered, so I didnt think to look people taping the show? Just curious to know if there is a recording of it out there.
